Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately with proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare and schedule timely payments via electronic funds transfer or checks.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger and ensure transactions are recorded.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with month-end close procedures for AP.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of AP policies and procedures.
