Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Ellerslie-based finance team. You will process supplier invoices, manage payments, and reconcile statements for NZ and AU accounts in a hybrid office environment.

You will report to the Senior Financial Accountant and work with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate, timely processing and strong financial controls, using Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in AP, finance administration across NZ/AU
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong analytical skills and high financial accuracy

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from vendors and service providers with accurate coding
• Prepare payment batches and coordinate with the team for timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close
