Job summary

SBS Bank in New Zealand's Southern Lakes region is seeking a Banking Specialist to join our customer-focused team in Queenstown. You'll build relationships with members, match them with the right banking solutions, and support lending while embracing new digital tools in a fast-evolving environment.

Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with development opportunities and a commitment to wellbeing and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and sales experience.
• Residential lending experience and strong lending knowledge.
• Confidence with digital tools and adaptability.
• Willingness to learn and pursue NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).

• Building strong relationships with members and identifying opportunities to support their financial wellbeing.
• Matching members with the right solutions across our full product range.
• Proactively growing our business through relationship management and development activities.
