Job summary

TSB in Christchurch is seeking a permanent, full-time Customer Service Specialist within the Business and Property Finance team. You will deliver high-quality customer service, keep stakeholders informed end-to-end and promote customer satisfaction.

You will support administration, build long-term relationships with SME customers, understand their financial needs at each stage, and help triage leads to meet bank SLAs.

Qualifications

• Role requires excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and documentation/compliance tasks.
• NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Undertake interviews and complete applications for SME customers, delivering meaningful quality conversations.
• Support to develop long term relationships with customers to accurately understand and support their financial needs at each stage.
• Triage all leads to Commercial & SME including pre-qualification to meet the Bank's SLA's and customer time frames
