Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an experienced rural/agribusiness valuer to perform agribusiness valuations across Nelson and the surrounding region.

You will inspect properties, analyse market evidence, and prepare rigorous valuation reports for diverse rural property types including horticulture and forestry. You will maintain up-to-date market knowledge, build relationships with clients and owners, and contribute to CBRE’s valuation platform and business development efforts in partnership with CBRE

• Organised approach to managing multiple valuation assignments.

The Opportunity

Agribusiness valuations across Nelson and the wider region, covering a broad mix of horticulture, pastoral farming, forestry and other rural property assignments through CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services platform.

• Conduct property inspections and prepare rigorous valuation reports
• Analyse relevant market evidence and property information to determine value
• Maintain current market knowledge and valuation data for the region
• Build and maintain relationships with valuation clients and property owners
• Contribute to business development and professional industry networks
• Keep client and valuation information current in CBRE systems
