Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced rural/agribusiness valuer for assignments across Nelson and the wider region.

You will inspect properties, prepare valuation reports, and analyse market evidence to determine value for horticulture, pastoral farming, forestry and other rural property types. You will maintain current regional market knowledge, build client relationships, and contribute to business development within CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services platform.

Qualifications

• Registered rural/agribusiness Valuer in New Zealand.
• Strong local property market knowledge and attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Organised approach to managing multiple valuation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and prepare rigorous valuation reports.
• Analyse relevant market evidence and property information to determine value.
• Maintain current market knowledge and valuation data for the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with valuation clients and property owners.
• Contribute to business development and professional industry networks.
• Keep client and valuation information current in CBRE systems.
