  • Undertake residential valuations across Hamilton and its surrounding Waikato areas, with flexibility around preferred working locations.
  • Engage in a diverse mix of work, including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements, and specialized residential sectors such as public works compensation and developments.
  • Leverage industry-leading software to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of experts both locally and nationwide.

  • You are a Registered Residential Valuer.
  • You are experienced and certified to value residential property within New Zealand or Australia (specific Hamilton knowledge not strictly required, but a willingness to learn the local market is key).
  • A true team player with strong research and data management skills.

  • Customer service oriented with outstanding communication skills.
