Job summary

The Doctors Total Health in New Zealand is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This permanent full-time role (32–40 hours per week) offers a great work–life balance, with no evenings or weekends.

You will work alongside GPs to deliver patient-centred care and contribute to the local community. We provide ongoing professional development, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a well-established practice.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NZ practising certificate.
• Experience in General Practice desirable.
• Team player who enjoys collaborative work.
• Vaccinator and smear taker training an advantage; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Work closely with GPs and broader clinical team.
• Support vaccination and smear services as needed.

The Doctors Total Health is looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly, growing team. This is a full-time role offering great work–life balance and the chance to make a real difference in our local community.

About the role

As a Practice Nurse at The DoctorsTotal Health, you’ll work closely with our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. This is a varied role where teamwork, initiative, and strong community focus are valued.

This is a Permanent role working 32 – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No evenings & No weekends.

What we’re looking for

• A registered nurse with a current NZ practising certificate
• Experience in General Practice desirable however we welcome applicants wanting to enter into general practice.
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Authorised vaccinator and smear taker an advantage, however the successful applicant will be provided all the necessary training
• Strong communication skills and a caring, positive approach
• A genuine commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of our community
