Job summary

Carrfields Machinery is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Canterbury operations from Ashburton and Templeton. A hands-on regional leadership role across Sales, Service and Parts to grow revenue, strengthen customer relationships and develop a high-performing team.

You’ll work with senior leaders to shape growth, build trust with customers and lead a region-wide team to deliver consistent performance and sustainable outcomes in rural New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in multi-site regional operations.
• Strong sales, financial management and operational leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop regional teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth and regional performance across Sales, Service and Parts.
• Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with Carrfields’ strategy.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to regional teams.
• Monitor KPIs: sales, gross profit, labour recovery and inventory.
• Support major sales opportunities and customer issue resolution.
• Promote collaboration and a proactive safety culture across the region.
