Job summary

Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead six branches across the upper North Island, from the Ruakura Hamilton Superhub to Whangārei. You’ll mentor Branch Managers, drive performance, and strengthen customer relationships to grow the business.

You will combine deep heavy automotive technical knowledge with practical leadership, oversee regional operations, champion continuous improvement using LEAN, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver

Qualifications

Proven operational leadership experience in a multi-site environment.
Track record of developing leaders and improving branch performance.
Strong customer-centric focus and ability to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop Branch Managers and regional teams.
Oversee branch performance across the six sites, identifying growth opportunities.
Build relationships with existing customers and pursue new business opportunities.
Champion LEAN and continuous improvement across the region.
Collaborate with senior leaders and technicians to deliver results.
Address performance and people issues with the help of People partners.
