Job summary

Habit Health seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead our Corporate Services team across the Wellington region. You will support multidisciplinary teams delivering occupational health, wellbeing, EAP, and corporate health services, ensuring excellent service delivery and strong client relationships.

This is a leadership role with no clinical caseload. You’ll engage, motivate and develop a diverse team, travel within the region as required, and contribute to growth in our corporate health

Qualifications

• Experience leading occupational health/wellbeing teams
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and hit operational KPIs
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Work with the Regional Manager to meet/exceed operational and financial targets
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams delivering OH, wellbeing, EAP and corporate health services
• Monitor team performance and ensure service delivery KPIs are achieved
• Plan workforce and allocate resources to meet client demand
• Support diary management, utilisation and productivity across the team
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to expand services and create value for business customers
• Promote Habit Health as the trusted workplace health provider
• Support quality improvement, audits, and service excellence standards
• Foster a positive, engaged, high-performing team culture
