Habit Health is seeking a commercially minded Regional Manager to lead our Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Taranaki services. You’ll influence strategy, drive performance, and build high‑performing teams across multiple sites while ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

Reporting to the General Manager Regional Performance, you’ll champion stakeholder engagement, manage budgets, and inspire change through strong leadership and collaboration.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to join our team as Regional Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of services across the Bay of Plenty, Waikato, and Taranaki regions.

This is a significant leadership opportunity where you'll influence strategic direction, drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and strengthen stakeholder relationships across multiple communities. Reporting to the General Manager Regional Performance, you'll play a key role in shaping the success and growth of our business while ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities.

This role can be based in Bay of Plenty, Waikato, or Taranaki, with regular travel across all three regions required.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading our people, services, and performance across the region. You'll work closely with clinicians, team leaders, service leads, and key stakeholders to ensure our teams are engaged, our customers receive outstanding service, and our business continues to grow.

Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and people leadership. You'll be a visible and influential leader who can inspire teams, implement change, and drive results.

What We're Looking For

You may currently be a Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, General Manager, Clinical Leader, or an experienced healthcare leader looking for your next challenge.

• Healthcare, allied health, rehabilitation, or professional services leadership experience will be highly regarded
