Habit Health is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Auckland portfolio, delivering regional strategy, budgets, and growth while ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

You'll partner with clinicians and leaders to build high-performing teams, drive change, and strengthen stakeholder relationships across multiple sites. This flexible role can be based at any Auckland site, offering leadership across the region and opportunities to shape service delivery.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to join our team as Regional Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of services across Auckland region.

This is a significant leadership opportunity where you'll influence strategic direction, drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and strengthen stakeholder relationships across multiple communities. Reporting to the General Manager Regional Performance, you'll play a key role in shaping the success and growth of our business while ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities.

This role can be based at any of our Auckland sites, giving you flexibility while leading teams across the region.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading our people, services, and performance across the region. You'll work closely with clinicians, team leaders, service leads, and key stakeholders to ensure our teams are engaged, our customers receive outstanding service, and our business continues to grow.

Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and people leadership. You'll be a visible and influential leader who can inspire teams, implement change, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

You may currently be a Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, General Manager, Clinical Leader, or an experienced healthcare leader looking for your next challenge.

To be successful, you'll bring:
