Description
Habit Health is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Corporate Services team across the Wellington region. This role is responsible for supporting a multidisciplinary team delivering a range of services to businesses, including Occupational Health Nursing, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), workplace wellbeing initiatives, health monitoring, injury prevention, and other employer-focused health solutions.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery, strong customer relationships, operational performance, and positive outcomes for both our corporate clients and the people they employ.
The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who can engage and motivate diverse teams, build strong relationships with business customers, and drive high-quality service delivery across the region.
The Team Manager will work with clinical and non-clinical teams across Wellington, so they must be willing to travel within the region. This is a leadership role with no clinical caseload. While candidates with a clinical background are preferred, we are also interested in hearing from experienced leaders who have worked in occupational health, wellbeing, EAP, health service delivery, or corporate health environments.
