Job summary

Habit Health is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our services across the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Taranaki, with regular travel between regions. You’ll lead people, services and performance, work with clinicians, team leads and key stakeholders to deliver outstanding service, drive growth, and embed a positive, high‑performance culture across multi‑site operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large or multi-site teams.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Experience delivering operational performance and growth outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability.
• High levels of resilience, professionalism, and sound judgement.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• A commitment to ethical leadership and outstanding customer outcomes.
• Healthcare, allied health, rehabilitation, or professional services leadership experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the regional strategic plan across Bay of Plenty, Waikato, and Taranaki.
• Deliver regional budgets, productivity targets, and growth objectives.
• Build highly engaged, high-performing teams and foster a positive culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow services and strengthen market presence.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead change initiatives and support the successful implementation of business priorities.
• Ensure services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer care.
