Job summary

Habit Health is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Corporate Services team across the Wellington region. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering occupational health, wellbeing, and corporate health services for businesses, with a focus on service delivery and client outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of achieving operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in occupational health, wellbeing, EAP, or corporate health services.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience delivering service excellence and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering occupational health, wellbeing, EAP, and corporate health services.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to meet operational and financial targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure service delivery KPIs are achieved.
• Plan workforce needs and allocate resources to meet client demand.
• Manage diary management, utilisation, and productivity across the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and create value for business customers.
• Promote Habit Health as the trusted provider of workplace health solutions.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, auditing requirements and service standards.
• Foster a positive, engaged, high-performing team culture.
