Belron New Zealand’s Smith&Smith Otago Hub is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing autoglass service team across Dunedin and Oamaru. You’ll drive daily operations, safety, and customer service, with a hands-on approach to coaching and operational excellence.

You’ll manage a skilled team, champion a strong service culture, and work with the Area Manager to achieve growth and performance targets while supporting staff development and wellbeing.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years’ experience as an autoglass technician, or equivalent in an operational/customer service role.
• Demonstrated leadership with multiple direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-building experience to leverage diverse skills toward shared goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex issues into clear steps.
• Solid understanding of Safety, Health, and Wellbeing practices.
• Excellent communication across team and customers.
• Commercial awareness to drive business success.
• Hands-on readiness to serve customers and support the team, able to lift over 25kg.
• Clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
• Willingness to complete a drug and alcohol pre-employment test.
