We are looking for a proactive and competent administration superstar to join our Offender Employment Administration Team, Executive Service Team as well as our Legal Services Team. While a large part of your role will be processing invoices using the department's SAP financial modules, you will also undertake a variety of tasks including running surveys, excel reporting design, PowerPoint presentations, document management on SharePoint, travel and accommodation bookings and a variety of other general administration tasks.
Your role will work across three teams, two of these teams is based in our National Office in Wellington Central, and the other is based at our Regional Administration Building in Trentham. You will mainly be based within the teams in National Office, however flexibility and adaptability to help the team in Trentham is also required.
You need to be agile, adaptable and quick to pick up things.
The salary range for this role is $64,717 - $68,434 per annum across 2 levels. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
