Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment – North Shore, North Island, is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer for a service and maintenance role. You will work across commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, solving problems, supporting customers, and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of refrigeration experience.
• Strong service and maintenance background.
• Ability to work independently and manage your day.
• Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
• Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (preferred).
• Full NZ driver’s licence.
• Currently based in NZ - essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repairs of commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting breakdowns.
• Preventative maintenance work.
• Diagnosing issues and providing practical solutions.
• Building strong relationships with customers.
• Delivering quality workmanship and maintaining high safety standards.
