Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment has partnered with a growing refrigeration and HVAC business in Auckland to hire an experienced Refrigeration Engineer. This service and maintenance role offers technical challenges, autonomy, and a mix of commercial and industrial systems across sites.

You will fault-find, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver practical solutions while maintaining safety standards and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of refrigeration experience.
• Strong service and maintenance background.
• Full NZ driver's licence and based in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repairs of commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting breakdowns.
• Preventative maintenance work.

The role You'll be responsible for:

What we're looking for

• 5 years+ refrigeration experience
• Strong service and maintenance background
• Ability to work independently and manage your day
• Positive attitude and strong customer focus
• Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (preferred)
• Full NZ driver's licence
• Currently based in NZ - essential
