Kirimana is a New Zealand owned recruitment and workforce contracting company operating across construction, engineering and other industries throughout New Zealand. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland team and take ownership of an established portfolio while expanding your client and candidate network.

You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and drive a commercial recruitment process across temporary, contract and permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred, particularly within construction, trades, engineering or another temporary labour environment.
• Strong relationship building and commercial drive to succeed in recruitment.
• Ability to build and grow a client and candidate network.

Recruitment consultant, business developer, opportunity connector, account manager, you'll be the one stop shop for recruitment needs.

Kirimana is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established portfolio while continuing to grow your own client and candidate network. Our core business is construction, trades and engineering, working with companies and projects across New Zealand.

We are looking for someone who understands recruitment as a commercial business. You will need to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, understand your market and consistently deliver for both clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll manage the full recruitment process while developing and growing your portfolio. You should be comfortable speaking with clients, getting out into the market and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you.

Previous recruitment experience is preferred, particularly within construction, trades, engineering or another temporary labour environment. However, we are also interested in proven sales professionals with strong relationship building skills and the commercial drive to succeed in recruitment.
