Job description

We are delighted to be partnering with public sector client to find a capable Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term contract through to February 2027. This is a busy, hands‑on coordination role suited to someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and enjoys keeping recruitment processes moving at pace.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinating interviews and managing diaries across multiple stakeholders
  • Communicating with candidates and providing a great candidate experience
  • Managing documentation, records, and recruitment administration with accuracy
  • Keeping recruitment processes on track, following up actions, and anticipating what’s needed next
  • Handling a high volume of work while staying calm, organised, and detail-focused
  • Speaking with candidates over the phone, including initial phone screens where required
What we’re looking for
  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • Confidence managing high volumes of work and competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
  • A highly organised, process-driven approach to keeping work moving
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude, with no hesitation pitching in where needed
  • A confident, engaging communication style (written and verbal)
  • Comfort speaking with candidates by phone, including initial phone screens
  • Recruitment experience is an advantage, but attitude, organisation and communication skills are just as important
