Recruit Plus Limited in Auckland is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to liaise with local employers about job requirements, screen and interview candidates, and build lasting partnerships to meet team targets.

You will expand employer clients, promote job development and employment cooperation, and help enhance the company’s brand influence by achieving performance targets within the team.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in human resources, management, business administration or related fields.
• Experience in recruitment with candidate screening and interview assessment.
• Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to expand customer resources and targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with various client types.
• Detail-oriented with responsibility and self-management skills.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for communicating job requirements with local employers, establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships, searching, screening and interviewing candidates based on employer requirements, and recommending matching candidates. In addition, you will need to expand new employer clients, promote job development and employment cooperation, in order to achieve the performance targets within the team and jointly enhance the brand influence of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate job requirements with local employers, establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships
• Search, screen and interview candidates based on employer requirements, and recommend matching candidates
• Continuously expand new employer clients, promote job development and employment cooperation
• Achieve the performance targets within the team and jointly enhance the brand influence of the company

Qualifications

• Priority given to those with a degree or above in human resources, management, business administration or related fields
• Experience in recruitment-related work, with practical experience in candidate screening and interview assessment
• Love sales-oriented work, willing to actively expand customer resources and take on performance targets
• Good communication skills, good at communicating and maintaining relationships with different types of customers
• Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, good execution and self-management skills
