• Candidate Sourcing: Advertise jobs on platforms like Seek NZ and search databases to find the best talent.
• Screening: Conduct phone and in-person interviews, check references, and verify eligibility to work in New Zealand, drug and alcohol testing.
• Placement & Offer: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate salaries or hourly rates, and finalize employment offers.
• Database Management: Keep candidate and client records up to date in recruitment CRM.

You could come from a B2B sales background, or from another sales focused discipline, where you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to connect with potential clients & candidates.
