AllRecruits is seeking a Consultant Partner to run a full life cycle recruitment desk from business development to candidate recruitment, working remotely across New Zealand.

You will operate on a 100% commission model, earning up to 80% of billings, with autonomy to shape workflows and client engagement while supported by the company's resources. This role suits experienced recruiters who want to build a scalable agency within a business, with a strong focus on delivering premium service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with full life cycle agency recruitment from client business development to job candidate recruitment.
• Strong desire to provide a better recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Identify and assess client needs.
• Develop and implement solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage and execute recruitment projects from start to finish.
• Provide training and support to candidates.
• Manage their business through tracking and reporting project progress in the CRM.

The Consultant Partner is responsible for providing recruitment services to their clients and candidates with the support of company resources and like-minded people. The ideal person will have a proven track record of success in recruitment running a full desk and the desire to be more than what they are now. They will be confident in their ability to find the roles, the talent and then make that perfect match. They will be able to work independently as this role is a remote role within New Zealand that while needing to support the clients can do done from anywhere in New Zealand.
