Qualifications

• Experience managing complex caseloads, customer relationships or portfolios while balancing competing priorities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to have meaningful conversations and influence positive outcomes.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving capability in complex situations.
• Resilience, empathy and adaptability when supporting people through challenging circumstances.
• Customer-centred mindset and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their recovery goals.
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
• You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with long-duration and complex claims where recovery may have slowed, stalled, or become uncertain through dedicated one-to-one case management.
• Build trusted relationships, navigate complexity, coordinate services and help clients regain independence and confidence.
• Influence outcomes and problem-solve to keep clients on track toward recovery goals.
• Contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
