Job summary

ACC in Hamilton seeks a motivated Recovery Administrator to provide essential administrative support that helps deliver services to people recovering from injury. You’ll coordinate referrals, liaise with providers, and compile information across several workstreams, with training provided and a clear start date of 23 November 2026.

You’ll be organised, detail-focused and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration, coordination or customer-focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and confidence using initiative.
• Confidence learning and working across multiple digital systems and technology tools.
