About the Role:
In this role you will be providing an efficient and welcoming front desk service for patients. You will be the first point of contact, responding to enquiries, providing guidance and reassurance, and helping ensure patients feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.
You will also undertake a range of essential administrative duties, including accurately arriving and departing patients, maintaining patient information and booking records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring clinical outcomes are accurately recorded in the system. This is a key role in delivering a positive and supportive patient experience while ensuring our administrative processes are accurate and efficient.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Middlemore Hospital during standard business hours.

You are a highly organised and adaptable professional who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment. You have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
