You will be the right hand to two busy leaders, anticipating their needs, managing client touchpoints, driving sales activity, and ensuring their day runs with precision.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day priorities and calendars to keep both business owners operating at peak efficiency. Work closely with the office administrators to meet strict deadlines.
Help to prepare comprehensive Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and polished listing presentation packs prior to vendor pitch meetings. Prepare listing agreements and associated documentation.
Book professional photography, floor plans, and videography for new listings. Draft compelling property copy and marketing scripts, tailored for online portals and print media.
Provide open home assistance. Attend auctions, liaise with buyers/vendors, and phone bidders.
Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, buyers, and key industry service providers, delivering a premium high-touch experience.
Maintain CRM data integrity, log client interactions, and track active deals from pre-listing through to settlement. Management of NurtureCloud and ActivePipe.
Coordinate settlement gifts, manage long‑term client nurture campaigns, and collect client testimonials/reviews.
About you
Proven background as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or high-level sales assistant (real estate background preferred).
Strong connection to or familiarity with the Te Puke, Papamoa, Mt Maunganui, and Pukehina communities.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to think two steps ahead in a fast-moving sales environment.
Comfortable with real estate CRM systems, social media, Canva, Adobe, and modern workflow tools.
REA License is a distinct advantage (or a willingness to obtain one).
