  • Leading agreed organisational quality and improvement projects
  • Coordinating organisational policy and procedure review processes
  • Maintaining effective document control of policies, procedures, forms, templates and other controlled documents
  • Supporting the structure and ongoing development of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists and information systems
  • Identifying opportunities to make effective use of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and other approved digital tools
  • Contributing to the administration team.

You ideally will bring:

  • Experience in quality, projects, compliance, continuous improvement or a related area
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or improvement initiatives
  • Strong Microsoft365 skills, including experience with SharePoint
  • Excellent planning, organisation and follow-through
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
  • Strong written communication and document presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or Power BI would be an advantage
  • Experience with health, disability, community services or non-for-profit sector would be beneficial.
We offer:
  • A supportive, inclusive and values-led working environment
  • A role with genuine organisation-wide reach supporting real organisational improvements
  • Wellbeing leave, and a day off for your birthday
  • Work that contributes to better services and outcomes for the people and communities we support
