WALSH Trust in West Auckland is seeking a Quality Project Lead to steer quality assurance activities and drive organisational improvement. The role sits in the Administration team and manages projects from planning through to implementation.

This is a part-time position, 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours. You will lead and coordinate quality initiatives, strengthen SharePoint and Microsoft 365 usage, and ensure processes meet privacy and safety requirements.

Formación

• Experience in quality, projects, compliance, continuous improvement or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or improvement initiatives.
• Strong Microsoft365 skills, including experience with SharePoint.
• Excellent planning, organisation and follow-through.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and document presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or Power BI would be an advantage.
• Experience with health, disability, community services or non-for-profit sector would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating WALSH Trust's quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Leading agreed organisational quality and improvement projects.
• Coordinating organisational policy and procedure review processes.
• Maintaining effective document control of policies, procedures, forms, templates and other controlled documents.
• Supporting the structure and ongoing development of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists and information systems.
• Identifying opportunities to make effective use of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and other approved digital tools.
• Contributing to the administration team.
