Reporting to theGeneral Manager, Non-Clinical Support & Delivery, you will lead business,workforce and service-user change and improvement projects across the portfolioand wider district. You will manage initiatives of varying scale and complexity,including cross-service and high-risk assignments spanning operationalcontinuity, workforce, contractors, technology, facilities and patient-facingsupport services. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will establishclear scope, governance and benefits measures; manage delivery, budgets, risksand dependencies; and support sustainable adoption into business as usual.The salary range for this role is $116,110 - $174,166, depending on experience.
Non-Clinical Support & Deliveryprovides essential services that enable our hospitals and clinical teams tooperate safely, reliably and effectively. Our diverse portfolio works acrossmultiple sites and includes operational, contracted and patient-facing supportservices. You will join a collaborative, practical and improvement-focused teamthat values sound judgement, clear communication and strong relationships. Wework closely with clinical, operational and enabling-service partners to solvecomplex problems and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements for patients,whānau and staff.
Substantialexperience delivering complex projects and organisational change in a large,complex environment.Arelevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience; recognised project,change or continuous-improvement certification is advantageous.Strongcapability across scope, governance, budgets, procurement, suppliers, risk,benefits realisation and transition into business as usual.Theability to build trusted relationships, navigate competing interests,constructively challenge and negotiate, and communicate clearly at all levels.Stronganalytical, process-mapping and documentation skills, sound judgement,commercial awareness, and a commitment to equity, safety and continuousimprovement.Health-sectorexperience would be advantageous.
