Douglas Pharmaceuticals Limited in Auckland is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to perform sampling and analytical testing of materials and products, ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOPs. The role emphasizes data integrity, timely testing, and accurate reporting within a collaborative team.

You will contribute to quality assurance with hands-on HPLC/GC and wet chemistry methods, supported by a BSc in science and 1–3 years of analytical lab experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a scientific discipline.
• 1–3 years of analytical or pharmaceutical lab experience.
• Experience with at least two analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, dissolution or wet chemistry).
• Working knowledge of cGMP/GLP in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Sampling and analytical testing of incoming materials, packaging, bulk and finished products per DML specs, following cGMP/cGLP and SOPs.
• Accurately document and report results, review data for compliance, and escalate deficiencies or OOS results.
