Job summary

DHL Supply Chain – Auckland airport, North Island is seeking a Quality and Regulatory Assurance Officer to support validation activities, including equipment, packaging and computerised systems, at the Airport site.

You will collaborate across functions to maintain compliance, develop validation protocols, and deliver timely reports, with a focus on data analysis, communication and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in Validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) and validation protocols and reporting.
• Physical environment and packaging validation setup and test management.
• Data Analysis competency using Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of the business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to pick up new tasks quickly.
• Accuracy and a great eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbally.
• Time management and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Infrastructure, Controlled Packaging, Computerised System Validation (CSV) and Equipment Validation activities to ensure ongoing compliance within the business.
• Creating and reviewing validation protocols and reports including periodic reviews.
• Coordinating validation requirements with various departments to ensure timely completion of validation reports.
• Ensuring DSC is compliant with external regulatory licenses, certifying and accrediting authorities ‘standards’ and protocols.
• Carrying out quality assurance related projects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join DHL Supply Chain as Quality and Regulatory Assurance Officer at our Airport site. Your overall responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of the DHL Supply Chain (New Zealand) Limited (DSC) Quality activities, including validation of equipment, packaging, and computerised systems.

What you will do:

In this role, you will:
