Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage the export workflow from initial customer interactions to departure per KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues with stakeholders and team members.
• Input data accurately into Cargowise One.
• Calculate invoice costs and other file-related financials.
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes.
• Support the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily tasks and projects.

• Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure, adhering to Management directives, customer instructions, legislative requirements, and company KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with various stakeholders and team members.
• Accurately and promptly input data into Cargowise One.
• Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to your files.
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes.
• Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other assigned tasks/projects as needed.
