Job summary

DHL Supply Chain New Zealand in Auckland is seeking an exceptional Client Operations Coordinator to join our team of logistics professionals. You will respond to customer requests, assist supervisors with reporting, and help manage inventory and despatch activities in a high‑volume warehouse.

Ideal candidates bring 3PL experience, familiarity with SAP/Manhattan and WMS/TMS systems, strong inventory knowledge, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with WMS/TMS IT systems, SAP and Manhattan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers requests in a professional and timely manner ensuring customers expectations are met.
• Assist the Supervisor(s) with accurate reporting of performance of the agency
• Assist the supervisor(s) with inventory management of expired products, accurate stock control, general housekeeping
• Assist the Supervisor(s) with the accurate management of the inward and outward despatch of goods
• Driving OMS responsibilities within the operations through coordination, reporting and maintenance of related documentation, standards and training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customers requests in a professional and timely manner ensuring customers expectations are met.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE?

• Experience working in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment
• Fully conversant with the WMS/TMS IT systems employed. SAP and/or Manhattan experience preferable
• Fully conversant with the processes, procedures of the Supply Chain business and the client.
• Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Intermediate PC skills with the full range of Microsoft Office applications
