Job summary

ACC is hiring a Property Project Manager to oversee end-to-end property initiatives across a national portfolio, including new builds, relocations, refurbishments and fitouts. You will guide projects from scoping and design through to practical completion, ensuring modern, safe work environments that support people.

The role requires experience managing property projects in large organisations, strong stakeholder management and proficiency in project tools like Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Experience managing property-related projects within a large corporate, complex organisation or public sector environment.
• Experience leading workplace design, flexible workspace initiatives and change management activities.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of office fitout and refurbishment projects from design through to practical completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property projects across ACC's national property portfolio, including new builds, relocations, refurbishments and fitouts.
• Oversee scoping, design through to practical completion with strong governance and delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and drive change management to support workplace strategy.
