Qualifications

• Experience managing property-related projects within a large corporate, complex organisation or public sector environment.
• Experience leading workplace design, flexible workspace initiatives and change management activities.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of office fitout and refurbishment projects from design through to practical completion.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of project planning, scheduling, delivery and governance practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools and systems such as Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property projects across ACC's national property portfolio.
• Oversee office fitouts, relocations and refurbishments from scoping through to practical completion.
• Lead workplace design initiatives and change management activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and governance bodies to ensure successful delivery.
