Programmed Property Services in Sockburn, NZ is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Painting division. Based in Sockburn and reporting to the Manager Sockburn Region, you will oversee operations, manage relationships, scheduling, and subcontractors to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.

The ideal candidate is organised, energetic and flexible, with strong leadership and communication skills.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised, energetic and flexible individual to join our Property Services team as Project Manager.

Based in Sockburn, and reporting to the Manager Sockburn Region, the person will contribute to the successful and safe delivery of operations for the Painting division, through the effective management of customer relationships, administrative tasks, people, subcontractors, suppliers and scheduling to maximise Programmed Property Services customer satisfaction and profitability.
