Qualifications

  • Experience managing property-related projects within a large corporate, complex organisation or public sector environment.
  • Experience leading workplace design, flexible workspace initiatives and change management activities.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of office fitout and refurbishment projects from design through to practical completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of project planning, scheduling, delivery and governance practices.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and systems such as Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

Reporting to the Manager, Property Project Management, the Property Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end property projects across ACC's national property portfolio. This includes new builds, office relocations, workplace refurbishments and fitouts, from initial scoping and design through to practical completion. Working within our well-regarded Property team, you will help deliver modern, safe and effective work environments that support our people and contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 - $131,077 based on experience.

ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
