Job summary

Pink Beluga is seeking a hands-on property operations role to own day-to-day management of commercial properties in Auckland. You will work closely with the General Manager, coordinating maintenance, tenant fit-outs, and development projects on a four-day-per-week schedule.

The role requires an organised, proactive individual who communicates confidently, can juggle multiple priorities, and sees tasks through to completion with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day matters across the commercial property portfolio.
• Coordinating maintenance works, contractors and suppliers.
• Managing tenant fit-outs and property-related projects.
• Liaising with tenants, contractors and consultants.
• Supporting active development projects and coordinating project actions.
• Organising site meetings, obtaining quotes and following up outstanding items.
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the business.
• Helping improve systems and processes as the business grows.
