Job summary

Barfoot & Thompson Royal Oak is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage and grow a residential portfolio while delivering outstanding landlord and tenant service.

You will secure new managements, oversee land lord/tenant relations, and coordinate inspections, maintenance, and renewals. The role requires exceptional relationship skills, organisation, and a valid NZ driver license.
