• Assist Building Manager in day-to-day building operations.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs across services.
• Coordinate with term contractors, vendors and base-build consultants to meet safety and quality KPIs.
• Oversee routine inspections and certifications to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with tenants and contractors to communicate disruptions and works.
• Prepare submission papers for capital and operational expenditure approvals.
• Ensure documentation and records are organized and up to date.
• Communicate in English and Mandarin with stakeholders.
