We are an Auckland based residential property development company with a growing number of projects. As our business continues to expand and our administrative workload increases, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our daily operations and assist with the coordination, documentation, and smooth delivery of our residential development projects.
Ideal candidates should have:
At least 3 years relevant experience or a Bachelor or above relevant qualification.
Strong personally or communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize the work.
Long term and full commitments are required.
During the course of his/her employment, the employee is required to carry out the following duties:
Review work order requests, assign and manage technician/trade schedules, and maintain the consent process.
Ensure projects/services are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Liaise with clients, work supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining good relationships.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project promptly and effectively.
Review work order submissions and variations to ensure accuracy, and prepare project-related documentation when needed.
Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions.
Analyze data associated with projects undertaken and report on project outcomes.
