Job summary

Kinetic Recruitment is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations for a major mechanical installation in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. You will drive productivity, oversee subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

This hands-on, on-site role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in mechanical installations or related projects.

Qualifications

• A proven background supervising mechanical installations or projects.
• Strong leadership on-site – you know how to get the best out of your team.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety, QA, and site reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in water, energy, industrial, or similar sectors is a bonus.

I'mworking with a respected Engineering Firmdelivering a key infrastructure project inthe Bay. They’re looking for an experienced Supervisorto join the team and take the lead on day-to-day site operations for a major mechanical installation.
