Job summary

Franklin Smith Group in Auckland, North Island, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead a major HVAC installation on a large-scale commercial build in Hawkes Bay. You’ll oversee about 40 tradespeople, coordinate duct deliveries, crane lifts and site logistics, and work closely with the main contractor to keep the programme on track.

Immediate start, 6-month contract, paid weekly. Strong leadership, proven supervision of mechanical/HVAC projects, and a proactive, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising large mechanical/HVAC projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, deliveries and site logistics.

• Strong understanding of commercial construction programmes.
