Job summary

A respected engineering firm in Mount Maunganui is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead day-to-day on-site operations for a major mechanical installation.

This hands-on role drives productivity, oversees subcontractors, manages health and safety, and ensures quality standards are met while keeping the project on schedule.

You'll act as the vital link between project management and the site team, delivering practical leadership in water, energy, or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Proven background supervising mechanical installations or projects.
• Strong on-site leadership – getting the best out of your team.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety, QA, and site reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in water, energy, industrial, or similar sectors is a bonus.
