Job summary

Fluid Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee 3 Waters upgrade projects and other civil infrastructure in the Waikato. You will play a key role in the regional leadership team, guiding experience construction professionals and steering growth in the local market.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing diverse civil projects, strong 3 Waters or structures exposure, and excellent planning and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing a diverse range of civil construction projects.
• Strong 3 Waters and/or structures experience required.
• Excellent planning, programming and project management skills essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3 Waters upgrade projects and other civil infrastructure initiatives ranging from ~NZ$2m-$20m.
• Contribute to regional leadership and growth strategy in the Waikato.
• Lead client and stakeholder engagement and ensure project milestones are met.

This Project Manager role will involve managing 3 Waters upgrade projects and other civil infrastructure projects ranging from approximately $2m-$20m.

You will become an important part of the regional leadership team, working alongside experienced construction professionals with a clear ambition to grow the business and make their mark on the Waikato civil construction market.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing a diverse range of civil construction projects
• Strong 3 Waters and/or structures experience.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent planning, programming and project management skills.
• Recognised ability to lead project teams and subcontractors.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
