Job summary

Archway Recruitment – Wellington, North Island is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to deliver civil infrastructure projects across the Wellington region from tender through to completion as part of the leadership team of a capable Civil Contractor.

Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure requires strong commercial, budgeting and cost-control skills, knowledge of NZS 3910 and civil contracts, and experience managing programmes, subcontractors and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Civil infrastructure experience, ideally in three waters projects.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of NZS 3910 and civil contracts.

Responsibilities

Experienced Project Manager required to deliver civil infrastructure projects across the Wellington region from tender through to completion as part of the leadership team of a highly capable Civil Contractor.

Key requirements:

• Civil infrastructure experience, ideally in three waters projects.
• Strong commercial, budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of NZS 3910 and civil contracts.
• Experience managing programmes, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and client service.
• Relevant construction, engineering or trade based qualification.
• Full Class 1 Driver Licence.

Reporting to senior management, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage civil projects from tender to completion.
