Job summary

Citycare Property in Auckland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital works and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.

You will manage budgets and programmes, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders, and drive safety, quality and environmental excellence across every project.

This commercially minded role rewards strong relationship building, problem solving and a track record of delivering $1M+ projects with NZS3910 contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction, infrastructure or capital works projects valued at $1M+.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Citycare Property is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Auckland team.

Working across a diverse portfolio of social infrastructure and capital works projects, you'll take ownership of delivery from planning through to completion. From managing budgets and programmes to coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
